LLC in 2011, she serves as the companys CEO and has 30 years of Federal work experience in the areas of healthcare administration, management consulting, health systems, change management, organizational leadership, human resource management, program and project management, and administrative operations. Our team-oriented, employee-focused approach is “building the foundation from the ‘top down to the bottom up‘” – meaning, we target the culture and the performance of the entire organization to assist you in meeting your desired organizational goals. BG Consulting Services, LLC holds the following certifications: SBA 8(a), SDVOSB, VOSB (CVE) and WOSB. BGC is also a VIP graduate.
Mr. Jeffery Gaines Sr. is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for BGC. Mr Gaines has over 35 years of experience in the Intelligence Community. Over the course of his career he has held a variety of leadership and analytical jobs across the Intelligence Community. Jeffery previous positions include Senior Advisor for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN), Course Director for Intelligence Learning Network, Office of Director of National Intelligence and an Operations Officer for the Office of the National Counterintelligence Executive. Mr Gaines’ education achievements include a Master’s Degree in Practical Theology from Regent University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Troy State University. Mr Gaines has earned numerous awards to include the Human Capital Intelligence Professional Team Award, Army Superior Unit Award, Civilian Meritorious Service Medal, Army Achievement Medals, Army Commendation Medals,Army Good Conduct Medals, National Defense Service Medal, Superior Civilian Service Award and Meritorious Service Medals. Mr Gaines is also a recent graduate of the Goldman Sachs Small Business Program 2019 and PMP Certified 2023.
